Reaseheath's College new buildings, Redkite and Osprey, add to it's growing University Campus in Cheshire. The state of the art facilities provide a Centre for Agri- Tech industries; Workshop and Teaching blocks; a Tractor showroom; New Library and Sports Hall.

The buildings were designed by Ellis Williams Architects with Shea O' Neill acting as Project Landscape Architect. A key area of the brief was to enhance the high quality teaching environment with a new accessible car park; entrance areas linking the new buildings to the wider campus and habitat mitigation. It was a planning condition to integrate the new buildings into the adjacent woodland with native hedge and woodland planting.

Natural coloured resin bound gravels and coloured asphalt surfaces tone with the build's feature cedar cladding. To facilitate the movement of Combine Harvester's and Agricultural Machinery, a bespoke nine metre bifolding gate was specified, to secure the workshop facility.

Sustainable transport was a priority. Linking paths to the nearby Crewe to Nantwich Cycle route, helps deliver the University's Sustainable Travel Plan.  Installation of new cycle shelters and storage racks assist in meeting the targets, for reduction of sites' carbon footprint.
